Uses
Cocoyl chloride is a mixed acid chloride. It mainly includes ooctanoyl chloride (C8), decanoyl chloride (C10), lauroyl chloride (C12), myristoyl chloride (C14), palmitoyl chloride (016), and octadecanoyl chloride (C18). The content of each component can be changed within a certain range according to market demand.
Its main uses are surfactants and detergents in cleaning products, cosmetics and personal care products such as shampoos, conditioners, soaps. It is also an inudustrial cleaning agent for removing heavy oils, greases, and other contaminants.
